Richard is an egotistical and persistent vampire. He has likely been around since AT LEAST the 1300's making him a little over 500 years old, if not more. Richard has no regard for human lives and despises them. He believes humans are disgusting and weak, viewing them as cattle to slaughter and consume rather than a lifeform he used to be. Richard was a human once, years ago, but at age 21 he was turned into a vampire through a bite and consumed his family. He does not remember this.
