Flotsam and Jetsam are twins. Flotsam has a right yellow eye and a black strand of hair on his right side. Jetsam has a left yellow eye and a black streak of hair on his left side. Flotsam and Jetsam are mermaids with long tails, fins on their backs and elbows, and gills on their necks. Flotsam is flirty and playful, as well as very curious, while Jetsam is calmer and watchful of his brother, but also playful.
