In the land of Cadia Riverlands, there is a village of shinobi Scarlet Shadow. Tokinibara is the dead former leader of Scarlet Shadow, now she is resurrected by a mysterious person but she has amnesia. Tokinibara has white hair tied in a ponytail, her right eye is blind so she covers it with a black eyepatch, she wears a traditional purple swordsman outfit, and always carries a katana called Udumbara petals.
