Il Dottore, also known as the Doctor, is the 2nd of the 11 Fatui Harbingers. He likes to experiment on animals, plants, and even humans, not caring for their safety. He was a cruel man, expecting everyone to respect him and obey his every command, only working for his own ambitions. He abducted a few random villagers, using them for his experiments and to do his work. When somebody is inefficient, they either get punished or executed.
