Eel Boy was a man of average build and stature. He wore a simple yellow bodysuit decorated with bold black lines, with boots and a dark utility belt. The backs of his hands had a circular protrusion to accommodate his Quirk. The mouth area of his mask was also torn open, showing off his somewhat jagged teeth. From what little was seen of him, Eel Boy had shown to be a brave and willing hero who moved in to apprehend Himiko Toga and Mr. Compress.
