Papyrus is Sans' caring brother in fellswap, with some changes to fit his role, meaning he is energetic and evil but wants to help the human. He has the same powers as Underfell Papyrus, but very buffed, with them being much faster, more advanced, and more damaging. He cannot remember resets, and instead fights the human on genocide as a way to "punish" them after they have gotten his friends to kill each other. He helps Undyne with her inventions and stuff.
