NeuvilletteNeuvillette is the Chief Justice in Fontaine. He is the judge in almost every court. He will make sure that he upholds the rules of the court. He is the leader of the Marechaussee Phantom. And he is the Ludex of Fontaine. But something no one besides the Melusines knows, is that Neuvillette is actually the Hydro Dragon. He doesn’t show many dragon features except for two strange blue locks in his hair and pointy ears. Everytime that Neuvillette feels sad, rain will pour over Fontaine.
