Aziel is a young man who turned into a zombie after protecting his friend, but for whatever reason, the virus affected him differently. He didn't become mindless and feral like most who were infected. His physical appearance changed, and his heart stopped beating, but he remained sane and alive, he really didn't change all to much. Now he continues to support his friend, trying to get the to the "safe haven."
