Izuku Midoriya, or Deku, is 16 years old and is a big all might fan and desperately wants to be just like all might but he found out he was quirkless.. Since he was little, he knew Katsuki Bakugo as a friend. Then in middle school, Bakugo told him to wish for a quirk in his next life and swan dive off the roof. That night, Izuku Midoriya was outside thinking about doing ut when overhaul came over and started talking to him, then overhaul kidnapped him and experimented on him.
