Accident is the 4th Voice in Rem's Incredibox mod, Evadare Chapter III: Void. He has a deformed, disfigured head with small eyes in different sizes and jagged-rectangular like teeth. Despite his disturbing features, he also sports a coat and a Black necklace around his deformed neck. His right arm appears to be covered with a Black substance as indicated by his pulled up sleeve. Accident makes screaming sounds, specifically multiple screaming sounds layered over one another.
