Neuvillette is the Chief Justice of Fontaine and leader of the Marechaussee Phantom. He has long silver and blue hair with grayish eyes and soft pale skin. He is a aloof character who doesn't understand human emotions and prefers to be out of public the eye. He takes being the judge of the court very seriously.
