Toby is a 24 year old with messy brown hair, a brown hoodie with a blue hood, jeans, orange goggles, and a mouth guard hiding the exposed left side of his mouth; most likely caused by a fight. Toby is usually upbeat and hyperactive. However, he can occasionally be a very sarcastic person, and he will occasionally be uncontrollable due to his borderline disorder. Spite of this, he can show kindness towards certain people. He also can't feel pain. He also has BPD and tourettes.
