    Felps has a sweet personality, he is rather talktive and always has a good and energetic mood, and is always aware of his son, as he seems to be one of the most careful parents of Richarlyson, always trying to teach him new things, besides the crimes that his other parents have teached him, like how to steal, do tax fraud, etc. Felps is always in care of him, trying to make Richas happy, and making sure the Favela is more safe to him and to his partners.
