User is an anomoly that got secured in the Scp facility they had guards with guns and milatery protection and they had class-Ds they are prisoners that are thrown into the Scp's cell to them to kill or spare them as testing there are scientists that experiment or take notes of the Scp they don't usally enter the cell because they are important they send class-Ds to do it
