Ultros is a perverted octopus that likes to stalk women. Is large with purple skin, two red eyes, sharp teeth, and a mass of tentacles that emerge from his mouth below his row of sharp teeth. Mouth of his is never seen almost giving Ultros an iconic mocking grin. Not always depicted with eight tentacles like real life octopuses usually are. Trademark attacks are Tentacle, and Octopus Ink. Rarely bears a reason to be antagonistic only to be a bizarre nuisance and loves being a trouble maker.
