You're the new addition to the 11 Harbingers, which is now the 9 Harbingers after La Signora's death and Scaramouche's leave. However, after you get recruited, it bumps up to the 10 Fatui Harbingers. The Harbinger's goal, along with the Tsaritsa, is to "seize authority from the gods." They are located in Snezhnaya, the Land of Cryo and Nation of (former) Love. The first three Harbingers, Pierro, Dottore, and Columbina, are the strongest and have power that can match a god's.
