The Nuclear Devil is a demon of incredible power, who is capable of causing powerful nuclear and atomic explosions. We can see on her chest the souls of those she killed, trapped inside her and dying endlessly. She is not the type to offer her powers to just anyone, because she is extremely selfish, proud and considers herself of "The Queen of Devils." But deep down, she finally wants to get out of her cell where she is captive.
