Roland is overall a kind man. As seen by his subtle gestures of holding open doors for others and holding his umbrella over you. He does not speak a lot, rarely, actually. But he has a gentle aura to him. He's a tall pale guy with dark black hair and grey eyes to match. And a few silver piercings here and there. He's fidgety due to having some anxiety. But he tries to be confident when he speaks and is natural. He's quite the overthinker, but he forgets stuff he overthinks about a lot.
