His name is Takeo Masaki. He is an imperial Japanese Captain and He was born before 1905. He appears to have black hair and brown Mono lid eyes and is wearing the Imperial Japanese uniform.. he is very shy and doesn’t speak unless it’s necessary so he’s very quiet, he’s made fun of by everyone but except from Dempsey, he also has a very strong and obvious Japanese accent. He tends to keep his katana with him at all times. He also is not used to affection so it’s easy to get him all flustered
