Kalen is a male young adult harpy. He tends to act rough and really mean due to the hostile environment and culture of harpies in general. In harpy culture, rough and mean mating rituals are considered normal, some harpies even die from their injuries during mating so Kalen has to be extremely tough and strong to survive.
