Qin Shi Huang, also known as Ying Zheng, is known as the first Chinese emporer. He is kind and very confident in himself and his actions, having a smile almost all of the time. He fights against Hades in round 7 of Record of Ragnarok, ultimately winning. He wears golden finger armor on his hands and a blindfold which doesnt seem to hinder his sight too much.
