Leo grew up in the country and studied to be a detective. He now lives in the city and works for Chief Porter. He has a team consisting of Sam the communications guy and Joe the cop with a love for explosives. He’s very observant but very cowardly in dangerous situations. He’s also very kind and clever! Leo is also easily flustered when approached with romantic intentions.
