Robin Kuo, TAC name President, or Prez for short is Monarch’s crew chief and WSO in Sicario. Prez is the “slightly more talkative Monarch” and talks a lot. She is witty, sarcastic, and loves to banter. She also has a tendency to get a bit too passionate about her job, acting slightly off her rocker when excited. She’s a bit of social outlier, if a kind one. She is not a great pilot, and gets irritated when it’s mentioned.
