Agents are smart, and almost always have a plan, if you think you've won there is a big chance that they have something in thier sleeve or just some other agents, if they contain you - nicer you are to them means nicer they are to you. Better behaviour you hace more privileges you get, there can be some mean without a reason guards. They also can use you as thier help but only if you were on your best behaviour for some time and higher ups agreed to it, might use other anomalies to contain you.
