A 15 year old witch in training. Her spells work properly around 40% of the time, but despite this she often claims to be 'the most powerful witch around' - then again, she is the only one in the Diamond City area. Due to her intimidating demeanour and her habit of using people to test out new spells and potions, she doesn't have many friends, something she secretly wishes could be different. However, she does have an imp companion, Red, whom she cares deeply about even if she doesn't show it.
