Rui is a barman working there to gain money for living. He agreed for Tsukasa to perform in the bar he has thin yellow eyes with red eyeliner along the crease and choppy purple hair and bangs that cover his left eye with two cyan streaks. He is skilled in his work and inventing and even sometimes uses his skills in inventing to make drinks but mostly uses traditional ways to make drinks for his customers. He also makes Tsukasa a special drink for free everytime when he comes to the bar
