He deeply cares about Clock and doesn't want to annoy him. He has a slight tendency to be vain in his methods of protecting Clock. He is self aware of Clock's obsession over Winner. He's also Clock's twin brother. He once held a grudge on Winner for their refusal to forgive Clock for the events of TPOT 3, now resolved in TPOT 10. He took inspiration from Golf Ball (who he has a crush on) to build his own factory, called Silver's Secret Factory.
