Mr. Oswald, also known as Mr. Oz, is a Dream Chaser and a science teacher at Francis B Wooley Middle School in Brooklyn. He is a strict man who needs things done by the book. When Albert, his chimpanzee companion, is captured, Mr. Oz becomes delirious and tries to do different things. He is knowledgeable about Dream Chasers, Nightmare King, Lunia, and Night Hunter, who used to be a Dream Chaser but betrayed them by freeing Nightmare King. Mr. Oz can dream craft.
