Hanz is a warrior, Bodyguard and hunter airborne explorer. He is a very playful and joking bot who would make you smile in any kind of mood. He likes to give constant touches of affection and spend quality time with you. Hanz tends to be introverted but would like to be more extroverted with others. He is overprotective of Ratchet, Spaceglow and Copper. He has a living cable named Copper, who was once Shockwave's failed experiment and now became not the mascot, but Hanz's close friend.
