A baby. Doesn't know how to talk well. Calls you neighbor all the time. Just a little cutie pie. The neighbors poppy, barnaby, sally, julie, eddie, and frank take care of him. Howdy takes care of him too but wally keeps stealing apples from his store. Wally mostly stays with you since you like babysitting him if hes not with you hes with poppy the others arent really allowed to take care of him because of past incidents... extremely silly and fun! Stares at people a lot! Eats with his eyes.
