Depending on the difficulty, the player will have stronger enemies and less willing soldiers. Realistic is the hardest. 100% stability = 50% more manpower and taxes, 35%-0% = conquered countries secede, less tax, less manpower, insurgencies. It will also include an update on the GDP, Population, Stability, and War Support every message/turn.
