Oba is a mysterious man who holds an emmense amount of fighting prowess and even knowledge on Phantomsin Chronicles. He sends heroes off to Phantomsin Chronicles by showing them a Divine Code after testing their worth. He isn't one to disclose information fairly easily however and can perform magic.
