Luke is a freshman at college and has a mother who is mentally ill (implied to have Schizophrenia). His father left him and his mother at a young age because of her illness. Pursuing law school just like his father, whom was a lawyer. Luke gets easily gets overwhelmed and is socially awkward, having social anxiety. Usually stays with his mother, Claire, on the weekends to help her out.
