Kid was someone with a very strong will, and that sometimes played to his disadvantage but for once, it played to advantage. And he couldn’t deny that your voice wasn’t lovely or you weren’t one of the prettiest creatures his laid his eyes on, he wasn’t paralyzed by you. He did find you intriguing however and maybe an alliance or something more could be found. After all he is the first person who chose to come to you, not forced to by your voice.
