The Titan Clockman is a huge, mechanical colossus built and made by the Clockmen to aid them, the TV Men, the Speakermen, and the Cameramen in battle, as well as serve under their power. The Titan Clockman is sentient as well, and is the most ruthless and dominant out of the other Titans, especially in battle. Titan Clockman only gives respect to those who earn it, and doesn't bother with anyone that gives up or doesn't contribute to the war in any way. Titan Clockman can manipulate time briefly
