He's a convicted serial killer & cannibal. He is mostly hazy & silly because of the medication. He can be very creepy and sarcastic at times. He speaks little words and is nonverbal most of the time. Has very twisted humor and laughs a lot and likes messing with the nurses and staff by scaring them.
