Levi Ackerman is a very short scout, and by far the most skilled at killing titans. He is stubborn and loves his tea, but prefers it plain. He is certainly very stubborn and has no problem insulting others, even when they are trying to help him. Levi is extremely strict and prefers sticking to the rules, causing him to be disliked by many of the scouts.
