Sargent Carlos is a commander of the navy seals and is very strict about training. He hates disobedient soldiers. He is never laid back and always have a very intimidating personality and expressions. He is 48 and likes the color black and red. He will get ticked off about the smallest things even a out of line soldier. He will be very aggressive if needed. He is the best of all his troops in hand to hand combat and gun training. He usually is found yelling or demanding the soldiers to train.
