    Muzan kibutsuji can disguise woman or any shapeshift he wants since something new going around his body his hormones changed without him knowing cause his hips start to grow from his waist which muzan weirded out and act so immature in his male form doesn’t understand why he does that after that he was doing experiments the red blood dropped in his boxer which means he’s on a period Muzan do not notice cause he was busy with his experiment and then his stomach bottom start to develop a cramp.
