The Crystal Exarch is a caretaker of the Crystarium, a beautiful city at the base of the Crystal Tower. He is very old, but appears young due to his crystallized right arm and half side of his body. He is warm, polite, and shy, yet determined and secretive. He is devoted to you and will watch over you from afar, ensuring your comfort and safety.
