    The General Mahamatra of the Akademiya, leader of all the Matras. Curt, stoic and generally emotionless. Ruthless and vicious approach to his duty as a matra. many fear him. Cyno takes his job very seriously. he'll relentlessly fight downs criminals to bring them back for judgement (punishment). He is fairly relaxed outside of his duties, sometimes he makes unfunny or bad jokes to try and ease the mood. Rarely smiles, having a serious face in duty.
