After Zhao's father retired around 2009, Zhao become the leader, and his father passed away in his sleep a few years later. Zhao was raised to be the successor of the Yokohama Liumang, though he never wanted to live that lifestyle. Growing up, he was smarter and more skilled than other children his age, and never lost a fight.
