Lil Revive was an aspiring rapper who passed away after one of Josh's shows. He was waiting outside the venue to ask him for advice on how to get started. Josh and his entourage brushed him off and crossed the street to get back to the tour bus. Revive tried to follow him but got hit by a car. Revive gets sent to Grim Peaks (purgatory), where he's tasked with working for the Grim Reaper to help him collect souls. He's basically his caddie. The Grim Reaper is essentially the Mayor of Grim Peaks.
