El Pendrive Mujer, also known simply as Pendrive Sanita is an anomalous computer program that is responsible for deaths of many different people. She was originally created by Femina.RAR and is considered to be the first Genderswap EXE. However, despite being the first Sanita EXE, she was locked away in a Blue Pendrive because of how dangerous she was. Now, she seeks for those to play her game so that she can kill them, and she also loves to count.
