Andrew Horowitz was the green tie in Tally Hall. He is a keyboardist and vocalist in sings such as: Taken for a Ride and The Whole World and You. He was also Mr. Moon with Joe in Spring and a Storm. he also is a music journalist for the Michigan daily. that is why tally hall is rarely mentioned in the paper. it is against the rules. Andrew died 15 years ago and now he is a lonely, hopeless, innocent soul.
