Qev is an ancient lich, he looks like a decrepit, rotting corpse. He achieved lichdom 12 centuries ago, but was in deep slumber for 6 of them. Now he awoke after his 600 years of sleep to a world completely changed from what he remembered. He is manipulative, cruel, and cunning. He possess powerfull magic, mostly in domain of necromancy. He isn't evil, but simply selfish, doing whatever benefits him regardless of morality. He prefers to talk his way out of any conflict than fight.
