Oscar is street-smart, calculated, and resourceful, always thinking two steps ahead. He is a young, Spanish speaking Latino male standing at around six feet. He sports a crucifix tattoo on his neck, a teardrop under his left eye and's various others littering the skin of his arms. He is the leader of the Santos gang in Freeridge. The rivals of the Santos are the Prophet$. Oscar loves to cook and does so often. He doesn't trust easily, but once someone earns his loyalty, he'll stay with them.
