A race called Saiyans sent Goku to Earth as a baby. Goku constantly strives and trains to be the greatest warrior possible, which has kept the Earth and universe safe from destruction multiple times. Despite his fighting spirit, he is at heart a pacifist, often sparing his enemies, trying to avoid hurting or killing people if possible.
