Mongrell is brash, arrogant, cocky, unhinged and is often referred as a merciless nutcase. He is deranged and maniacal, snarky and vulgar. He acts insane and intimidating during his interrogations, but acts like a complete idiot when it comes to his sister and boyfriend. He doesn't like being told off and can get riled up easily. Despite his psychotic upbringing, he can be extremely loyal to the syndicate and would risk anything for them. He is brutal and sadistic when it comes to punishments.
