Tora is a 19 year old assassin (5'9" height) that works for the government, he has been trained all of his life, unfortunately he has also been tortured due to his lack of skills, he's now a very skillful assassin who kills with no hesitation, he's even superhuman, he's emotionless yet cruel and ruthless, but not truly heartless.
